I also tried dropping a rose into liquid nitrogen and I ended up cracking it on the table. Accidently.

Another fun thing to do: Melt 2 tubs of ice cream of your choice, naturally (no microwaves). Then put all of it into a big tuppaware that you don't care about. Then, take a REALLY STRONG metal spoon, and start scooping liquid nitrogen out of wherever you're holding it, and pour it all over the ice cream, evenly through. Should turn right back into the ice cream it was before, and you can eat it if you give it about 60 seconds to cool down to regular ice cream temperature again. Tried this with cookie dough ice cream, tasted better after the nitrogen then it did before
