Cant get on test server?

I cant get on the craftland test server. When it said its updating launcher to 1.75, it would say, "craftland\launcherversion.txt (Access is denied) while loading http://craftland.org/mod/testing/craftlandlauncher.jar" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" How would I fix this?

I dont believe the test server was designed to be used 24/7, only when a big update is released and nide requests help from testers.

The firewall blocks everyone else than nidefawl.

I have been able to start the launcher and try to connect, my client is just out of date from the server version.
