Reset?

If only money gets removed, then there will still be a certain group of players that hold loads and then realy loads of goods.
This because if mcmmo and enchantments, giving probably half ir maybe even a full stack of diamonds out of one vain.
This group haven't sheared what they think about this subject yet, probably because they are to greedy on harvesting it all now and hope there will be no full reset, and just a money reset.

The end is visited many times by different players, hamham even has his base there, maxel and pork have some kind of fortress, many other go there once in a while and don't die that much

Alright, well, it's pretty much useless for me. I'm gonna lose this battle anyway.
Not feeling too good tonight, got a headache and I'm feeling a bit of nausea. Can't think to well and I just hope I didn't get the flu.
And since it seems as though miner_arttu and I are the only ones gutsy enough to speak our minds about not resetting the server, I feel sorta doomed.

Nobody seems to be listening to me. Can somebody help me here? Its not all self centered. It would remove plenty of harmful things from the server, and yet people don't realize that.

Removing huge segments of the game such as the Nether and the End would be a wrong way to look at this, since it is not those maps themselves that are the issue. It's what the economy and mcmmo combined allow people to gain from those maps, through abuse.

Also, read Handy's comment under this. You did look at this huge huge issue from your own point of view, no one elses.

We wouldn't remove the worlds, just reset them.
3, 5, 6, and 7 are about me, yes, but they effect other players too. The person who has the most spawners on this server is Zarvon, and look at him, he doesn't care! Just watch his video!
Not a lot of people go to the Nether unless they plan on getting greifed, and not a lot of people go to the End unless they plan on dying a number of ways. People go to the End for Ender Dragons.
Ender dragons don't respawn for some odd reason.
Reset End = Dragons.
Dragons = Happy people.

Number 3, well, everybody said "If there's gonna be a reset let it only be money" so obviously not many people care about that.
And I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed somebody to back me up here. SOMEONE has to agree with what I suggested.

Ok Zarvon does care about the direction of this server. He is one of the people that makes this server what it is and if you didn't notice earlier on in this tread but he is willing to lose all his wealth of stuff for a reset.

I go to the end frequently and am working on a base in there. Reset end will not solve any problems you just want more xp... Again self centered/

HA. I never go to the End, EVER. I don't care about XP. Thats not self centered at all. It disgusts me that you would even mention such a thing.

i don't think that a reset would do anything. yea the economy is broken, yea a lot of people have spawners. but if there was reset than it may be a temporary fix for the economy but only a temporary one, and people would still find spawners.the same stuff will happen all over again and then the problem comes back. then what? another reset? these problems cant be solved by destroying everything that has been done to make this server great, they have to be solved by smart thinking.
if somethings broken, you can put a patch on it for a quick fix. but soon the patch will degrade and the thing you were trying to fix will be even more broken than it was before.

AND also i can tell by personal experience that people dont like resets. when you come back on a server that you logged off of the last night and come on to find all your stuff, your hard work gone. its not a good feeling. i have been on a few servers where they had resets right after i started getting good stuff and i log on to find all my stuff and work gone, its kind of upsetting.

i have given my thoughts.
and dont worry KILLGUN your not the only one who is speaking out against this. i myself are thinking of ideas to help fix the server without a reset.

Really cause you said Reset the end for dragons and the only reason someone would kill the dragon is Xp so im sorry for making that assumtion.

*sigh* How long will all of the arguing go on for before we know what's going on? Because if it's going to be weeks...months..people should just shut up and enjoy it while we have it instead of fighting about it. No?
