He is currently in a full body cast and is about to attend sugery, which he may not survive through. Please wish him the best of luck and have hope. I ask that if he does pass on, that we all remember him. Please post some good thoughts below. Thank You

Lung transplant is the biggest, hardest and most difficult surgery a man can do, If doctors find matching lung, wich usually takes months.
1 year after the surgery 70% of the patients are still alive, with a possibility that the transplant reject's the new body.
With broken ribs, broken leg, broken arm, broken neck and transplanted lung it is nothing but impossible to play 4 hours after the surgery. You wouldn't even be awake by that time, without even adding effects of anesthesia medication.
Also you said you have stomach open. That mean's you would be on critical-care unit. You don't play there. You don't even dream about playing.
You are the biggest liar ever.

Ok that is impossible. When someone has lungs being replaced the last thing they would think about is skype. I had a simple knee replacement last year and i was out for almost 3 days on pain meds and things like that. Having a lung replaced he would still be under anesthesia and would not be able to do anything. In November my brother was in a car accident with 2 collapsed lungs and he was unconscious for 3 days. Considering he had lungs replaced i belive he would be out for way more then that.
Again not trying to be mean or anything but this does not at all seem very likely. But... with the 0.001% chance this person was some how strong enough after having one of the most difficult surgeries ever... Then good luck with the new lungs.

I broke my wrist, and I still have the cast. Didn't break it very long ago, about a few weeks ago, and I still have the cast. If he wakes up one morning and is totally fine after having a lung transplant, how come I still have a cast after 2 weeks?
Best of wishes, but I don't believe this story. Sorry, and no offence, but that's just impossible.

Had to ask my dad, who is a Ph. D. doctor, about this.
First he laughed, then with a serious face he replied "Impossible."
