MIA for a bit also

Post by nickmcski » Fri Jan 11, 2013 2:25 pm

I will definatally be inactive for a short time (one more week) because I joined my schools robotics club. We take part in FRC events (the event my team is attending is in august).

This is what we have to build a robot to do:

Its a 6 week build and programming time, so recentially I have been at school to 9:00PM

I'll be participating in a team as the lead programmer so I risk to be inactive too. My competition is in March though.
Anyway, good luck to your team and you :D

:worship: :worship:

Hail to the programmers!
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, some people just abuse the privilege.

Anyone who can make a computer fire a frisbee where it's supposed to go perfectly ought to be ruling the world, honestly.

I built a robot to kill other robots.
It has a tazer, a chainsaw, and a grappling hook that flipped the other robots onto their back to hack them into pieces. Wasn't very hard to make. And I used C++.
You think a robot made to shoot frisbees is cool?
It IS really cool, but you gotta admit, this is pretty cool:

I didn't make any of these, but this is an example of what I made. Skip to 2:27 for the action. :D
