I WASN'T HACKING/XRAYING

One of the few things that really matters to me on this server is my rep as someone who doesn't hack. I got my items all legitimately, and I hate it when people accuse me of cheating to get plasma because I'm richer than them. It's normally the first reaction of someone who sees my wealth: "Had to be hax." Not saying that's you, I'm saying that my rep is VERY VERY important to me.

I do NOT CARE about the rest, and I feel bad about the whole plasma thing. Certainly a bit arrogant there about my wealth.
But I did NOT hack, did NOT use xray packs, anything of that sort, had NO reason to. I work hard, I mine like crazy, I have good systems (level 14 + eff 5 pick + brightness all the way up) But. There. Was. No. Xraying.

Let me give you a metaphor: let's say someone said that you got admin because you donated, rather than because you played for a long time and did great work. I know it's not true. Nidefawl knows it's not true. Everyone else SHOULD know it's not true, but if it's out there, it's something nasty to your reputation that's uncomfortable.

The ban was given on how you acted. If you were okay with the aercloud being taken back, you got your items back and everything, this wouldn't have happened. But told everyone there was a sign that was not there. You told everyone that I'm rude, awful, mean, a liar-- and that you'd be banned but you don't care anymore. That is why you were banned.

If you think I'm doing your reputation bad, you should consider me. I'm an admin ffs, and you're making up my personality. You're a player, our whole spectrum of how people see us is different. People will jump to conclusion on who an admin is and will not budge on who they think they are. It hinders how I can help people and they've been lied to.

From what I just read on the private message, we've reached common grounds. I meant no emphasis on xray, but you blew it out of proportions and kept bringing up "you said I'm a hacker", each conversation.

Like I've said, the ban was for the way you acted. Initially given to stop you from traumatizing the economy, you went out of hand and it came to mind blackjack never did anything to you. I then read your post on the forums and it was slandering me, so the ban stopped depending on "waiting until blackjack has a chance to talk about the xray" and was now about how you disrespect and lied about what signs there were.

If you can admit that I wasn't actually hacking, I promise that I won't badmouth you to players - to me, it was as I saw it; I was banned, primarily, for xraying (that's what handy & nide agreed on) and although proooooooooobably my arrogance with the plasma might have deserved a temp, I felt threatened by the fact you were trying to perma me and immediately lashed out to try to get myself unbanned. Uglier than it should have been.

I always liked you before you were admin, and I like you when you were, but some things were said by BOTH of us that probably were a bit irrational. Like I said, if you say I wasn't xraying, I apologize for the whole mess and we can let bygones be bygones.

We're trying to reach an agreement... Cynth is on all the time, and now so am I, and as I'm one of the more prominent players (massive shop, etc) we're going to have to deal with each other a lot. We have to reach some sort of consensus or we'll end up fighting again, and I'm happy to promise not to say anything against her if she admits that I wasn't xraying. Both of us aren't happy with what happened, and I for one had to swallow a bit of my pride for these posts.

I'm pretty sure this isn't going to escalate. Also, this isn't "just" a server; both Cyn and I play all the time, I make videos, she's an admin; we really have to figure out a way to stop these arguments, because if we don't there WILL be more, and nobody wants a repeat of last time.

There is nothing to admit. Again I tell you, I didn't say you hack.

However, there is no way to 100% prove you did it, and no way to prove you did not do it. It was not the reason you were banned, it was something blackjack told me you did. Straight paths to caves that have diamonds on the surface. I checked the area you mined 10 times, they were all surface diamonds inside caves that you directly turned to when mining.
Sure does seem like xray texturepack to me. It's nothing I threw in your face to make drama, yet you act like it is when you talk to other players about it.

If your means of resolution are so based on an apology from me, you should try to rethink a conclusion.
