Term...Wasn't being disrespectful. He was simply telling the truth. If anything, it was cam that simply took offense of it and started (attempted) the argument in the first place. He didn't accept the fact that he is inactive and attacked Term and the truth... This ban is wrong.

This server started 4 years ago roughly. Helper was added roughly a year ago. Helper was never meant to be a rank that players kept forever, it was meant to be for people we didnt trust but wanted to help. Instantly, we went against that as it was a bit of a stupid idea considering the power they had at that time. We have went though so many staff members, like anything else. Noone stays forever, and considering we arnt a massive server, becoming staff isnt the most amazing thing ever. Thats not even considering the fact we are, a minecraft server. People dont play games forever, people get bored. We cant keep people forever, and many do leave because of inactivity. We just wait a while incase they want to be active before demoting.

Now, helpers cant add themselves to regions(at least shouldnt be able to easily), cant edit all region flags, have very little say what happens on the server, etc. The only real power they have, is in the global chat, which is their "primary purpose", and we notice some are abusing this at certain times by letting their emotions or something through and not thinking about the situation logically. We are currently addressing all helpers to see who is doing this. If we find something tiny, it will be a brief chat. If it is something bad/inactivity. They may be demoted.

If a helper is doing something bad, dont be silly about it. Report it to an admin. We might litrally put it on a google doc we have, and it will be dealt with with the long awaited helper evaluations.

Post a ban appeal if this is meant to be a ban appeal.

Once again, speaking the truth, he did run off crying nearly. He took so much offense from something he shouldn't I was trying to tell him not to end up like Adam and getting demoted from inactivity, and who ever banned me repays me by banning me. this is stupid (Once again I don't care about the ban but Cam can't get away with saying that when ALL I was doing is telling him to become active).

Not to be rude to cam, this is my opinion, but cam is too sensitive to be helper, he runs away from such small issues when hes suppose to deal with them, not run away. Something should be done about this too.

^ This is how a real staff member should be. instead of denying and come up with excuses, you actually explains each point.
But I don't agree on giving helpers a second chance after going inactive, they should just be demoted automaticly after a couple months (for helpers) other staff like mod and up are different and few, but there are tons of helpers, so I don't see the point in promoting more and more when there already are plenty enough.

Sure it was not the Best response Cam could of had. But when reading the conversation it was cam playing at the arena having fun. After a comment he made joking around you make a comment to him about his Activeness on the server. This is not really your place for one to be speaking about. His activeness has nothing to do with you. I do not think he should of muted you no (at least for that comment). But the conversation shouldnt of even been brought up.

Hades even tried to tell you to drop it and you didnt. Pushing cam to a spot where he didnt feel good and honestly im glad he didnt sit there to fight with you and he just left the conversation. But there was no reason to say "hes gone crying because i spoke the truth"..

The reason I said this as he left is because Hades said "Well done term" blaming it on me. I wasn't meaning to be disrespectful, but everyone thinking resulted in this ending, I apologize Cam, and I will do it personally the next time I see you in chat, I apologize because I didn't handle the situation very well, as I could have private messaged you about it, I only brought up the situation because I was concerned Cam was going to get demoted in the helpers demotions in a weeks time, and I do enjoy talking to Cam, and I didn't want him to get demoted, He is a really nice guy if you don't piss him off, and I am really sorry if I did cam.

I don't know if cam is reading this but at least those who have can see that I tried to make things right.
