i like this ik from other servers i played on they had something like that but The problem was with it if you had inverted caps you couldn't say anything because there was a caps limit in a msg or you got a msg in chat to mutch caps.

I know this may help in some cases, but I think the main problem is people not proofreading before they hit send, or seeing they wrote in caps and just ignore it.
