A Simple /ping Command

A Simple /ping Command

When /ping is entered, it would simply display "Pong!"
This would be simple but useful so people could know when the server started respond. This would also help reduce the number of "Test" in the chat.

Why, just do /ping and it will say command not found, Its the same things....
