Missing Villagers

I made a Villager holder for each one of my villagers i spent over 8k per one to unlock their trades and most of them vanished in a weird order, If an admin got time please come on to check logs to see if someone stole them with a empty spawn egg or to check out if it is a bug for them to just dissapear like this. Few spectral pick axes and a Spectral axe with sharpness 5 villager is gone with other rare trades.

That shouldn't be the case unless there's been an update.
Helper 5/1/15 to 12/25/15.
Please donate rails, stonebricks, and gold ores to the hopper at /warp TheSC. We need many of those in order to build the railroad network in Greycliff.
