Lost Item!!

I had a lure 8 luck of the sea 7 unbreak 6 fishing rod and it dissapeared earlier today and i realized it was gone when i got unbreak 7 for it and it was gone pls help i need it. Idk where it went but this has been happening with every rare thing i get :cry:
