Haha xD I'm not exactly a fan, I just like a few songs (which are songs I like originally anyway). The electronic trance stuff is terrible.

Okay then, explain experimental music. Also, "expression of emotion". The lyrics usually have so much more emotion and meaning than pop music you hear on the radio all the time.

Me and millions of others think that the songs do have harmony and beauty of form also, it's just down to personal taste.

At least half of those songs don't have screamo in them. As for the ones that do:
Well... millions of people clearly do (myself included). In fact, 2 of my friends have just visited a concert on Pierce the Veil's and Sleeping with Sirens' sold-out World Tour.

That's a bit extreme. I would suggest counselling or therapy, especially if it is a genre of music you don't even have to listen to that makes you want to drive a blade through your own skin. Just saying. Also, that's weird because this kind of music has decreased suicide rates and, as silly as it may seem, has helped save lives, which is an undeniable fact.
