Safety Tags

I think that whatever a player owns all of his/her items will get a tag of a pic of their minecraft skin on it or a username tag and what these Safety tag does is it prevents stealing, When a player puts their stuff away or dies this will prevent people who are trying to steal the other player items not possible because they will not be able to click on the player item in the chests or will not be able to pick any of that other player items up off of the ground and maybe items with Player Safety Tags cannot be Burnt in Lava or Fire because when u die u got ur tags on ur gear/items still.

Now there is 2 ways to have this, A option to Enable tags to be on your items and a way to disable these tags to be off so u can drop ur items to other players OR.. Players will have tags on everything but just when they drop an item there is no tag on that item so other players can pick it up.
