Chance: im not sure what opt-out means but when this mob spawns its 80 blocks away and wouldn't get aggro to the player unless they were un a 20 block radius they could also stay neutral until the player hits it first so the player got to pick if they would fight it or not.
What Chance is saying is that there should be a way for players to select that the mob should not spawn at all based on their location.
For example, I wouldn't want to be bothered by this mob while building a railroad. I should not have to take precious time to avoid that mob or even have it distract me.

So what if the player is in a tiny, confined area and the thing spawns 80 blocks away. How would the player notice, if say, he was in a strip mine?

Then other people can find it by looking on the map, it spawns on the surface, and the player it spawns by would get the message "Evil is near" and everyone in global gets a different message if their too far away like "Feel my Wrath".

Or it can spawn in the mining world and voluntarily players can hunt it down and get a reward for killing it.

This is much better than having it randomly spawn near players with more playtime.

I don't mind how it gets implemented yeah this does sound better but if were getting higher level mobs in any way that is awesome! Maybe when the player kill this mob it drops 1k cash and gives a ton of points in monster hunt like 1000 and drops 1 Diamond, Emerald, Gold, or Iron block and maybe A chance for a enchantment book to be dropped like Depth Strider!

I was thinking that a Level 30 mob Spawns in the mining world Once a day and it would be a Mutant verson of a Vinalla mob from the Mutant monster mod Search it up on youtube Mutant creepers Etc, And the prize of killing one of these is one piece of perfect Dia armor
