Property clouds

Hey,

I wanna suggest a new property for one cloud (didn't think about which color is not important) which has the following property:

you can go through from underneath but you cant go through from above.

that is all. would that be possible?

Blue Aeroclouds can fill this position. Just have a block two blocks up from it.
