Plugin ideas for the craftland.org Bukkitserver?

I was wondering if we could give Nide some of our own experience at hand for his new bukkitproject. So what were your most loved plugins and games on vanilla servers?

Nide is making a 1.7.10 bukkit server to expand Craftland's horizons.

My Plugin Suggestions:
-Craftbook (the essentials)
-Enderwar (Similar to Survival games but different) http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/enderwar/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(sorry I couldn't think of more plugins)

General Suggestions:
-A way for people to transfer their items between the two servers (maybe even have the servers share one world).
-Survival Games and Quakecraft shared between the servers (I'm not sure how this would work with the block differences but maybe we could have a mini games map with only vanilla blocks.)
-Shared economy between the two servers. Same money, same bank accounts.
-A way to eventually get a 1.8 map with the fish dungeon and all the new features.

I just realized how good the bukkit server will be for craft land that its a non modded server which people without the mod pack can join then later on if they like the bukkit server they may try out the modded server craft land, or will the bukkit server require the craft land server mod pack in order to join?

The bukkit server will not require the craftland modpack to join, most likely. I think you got the right idea.
