Like nick said, maybe a "Killer Axe" that does more damage to a player then other axes. Maybe a weapon that has an after effect when the person re spawns, like nausea.

Maybe a tool or item that gives you an effect...
Like a "(Material) Pickaxe of Haste" "(Material) Helmet of healing"

Also, i had an idea. How about something called a "deep sea fishing rod" that brings fish in faster. Or a fishing net that catches fish after a while. When you right click on it would open up the nets inventory and have all the fish it caught.
