Hei hei,

it´s the ° key next to the number 1 key.

I suggest mp4 and mpeg4.

works quite well for me. A detailed intro is in the wiki i guess ;)

The built in recorder is still experimental: I would recommend using an external tool to make recordings.
External tools allow you to record your voice and game sounds at the same time.

Anyways, here is what you want to do to make xuggler work:
You need to download the library in the "Downloads" section of the launcher, then you need to activate it in the "Settings" tab of the launcher.
When you start the game with activated library you can define a keybind in the controls.

Finding the right settings for the ingame recorder is tricky. The only codecs that work are flv container + flv codec and mp4 container with h264 codec. You may want to increase the bitrate to something over 2000000 (= 2 mbit) and try different frame rates
