Should Rain

Rain can be annoying but you do not realize how much you miss it till its gone. It rarely rains in the normal worlds (newworld and "world") and never rains in greycliff. I have an idea of maybe precipitation depending on the biome. In jungles its always raining. In the artic its allways snowing. In snow biomes its snowing sometimes, maybe 1/5 days of the week. In deserts it almost never rains. volcanic biomes it rains and snows, if thats possible. In the normal worlds it rains as it would in normal minecraft, or maybe reduced a bit.

At least raise rain chance. For once i am missing rain.

This could be incorporated with seasons if it were implemented.

What I would like gone is the rain in my creative world, I see it about every 20 minutes. Geez
