Purchasing credits with irl money should count towards premium ranks.

What is next? The payment for unbannibg counts to that as well?
Maybe a few credits can be added to the premium ranks, but I think that the rank itself already give good benefits.

No, I mean if I buy 20 euros worth of credits, I should get Premium 3 for example.

That'd be really easy. You should already be happy special offers count towards your premium rank. Don't make it easier again.

I think that most players who donate first do it for the premium ranks, then the credits. Beside this the option that you can get credits from ingame money is an good alternative.
