Two amazing mob-related suggestions AND new Greycliff boss!
Hello,
I just randomly came up with 2 suggestions concerning Aether mobs.
The first one is the ability to tame and breed wild moas.
Taming: Not necessarily to be added, but could be a possibility. The breeding idea would just work with eggs as well.
The thing is, adding more types of moas with different beak colours and perhaps even multicoloured feathered moas (Aether 2 kind of has that). The multicoloured ones would NOT be obtainable with eggs, thus NEVER be found as wild. You would breed two colours of moas!
An example: You have a lime and cyan moa. You breed them and a multicoloured moa baby appears: a lime & cyan moa.
Another edit: Multicoloured moas chances would always lower for every multicoloured moa depending on its family tree.
This moa idea is based on another game where a mount called Dragoturkeys may be bred leading to loads of different colours, each giving buffs depending on its colour. ( http://dofuswiki.wikia.com/wiki/Breeder" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; )
I doubt this moa breeding idea would ever be added though, so please read the second suggestion with lots of attention!
The second suggestion would be Aerwolves. There's already flying cows and flying pigs, so why not the Aether variant of wolves?
No, not wolves with retarded wings. Just a whole new model which I would personally base on the Avatar's viperwolf ( http://james-camerons-avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Viperwolf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ). They would not be able to fly, but would be able to make long jumps and eventually glide down instead of falling down.
A small side idea would be to add like three wolves' lairs (only three, not too many to make it only raidable a few times a day by all players). The boss would NOT be possible to be soloed, but require like five players (perhaps a small puzzle requiring multiple players in order to enter the boss room, or just make the boss too hard to solo). The dungeon would be a very first type of Greycliff dungeon with a boss, similar to Aether dungeons (resets every given interval with a boss and rooms), with the boss based on Avatar's Thanator ( http://james-camerons-avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Thanator" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) and eventually new armour or a ressource to create new armour/weapons: Aerwolf fur.
This wolf boss would be totally different than the three current Aether bosses craftland has, due to the fact it would be a type of boss living in a nature-type dungeon, and not a dungeon with stones that look like being built by humans. It would also be a new mass-event boss that would have a low rate on dropping very powerful and rare items. This would add big challenge, fun and big groups of players beating a dungeon in craftland. Only the powerful out there would be able to face it.
As stated above, this should be a Greycliff boss in my opinion, as the Aether already has three different bosses. Not all dungeons with bosses HAVE TO be in the Aether.
This is like the fifth or fourth edit I made: One of the drops could be a wolffur hat, purely aesthetic, only if Mooshroom would like to help expand on this idea.
Hope you could all expand this suggestion with some pictures or so the same way the Frozen got supported, it would be a nice addition (especially the wolves and their lairs).
Thanks,
~ Rob.

Sounds like a cool idea
Only problem I see is people not finding enough partners and asking mods/admins/and helpers for help with it. It would take up a lot of time for the other people who need help. So maybe just tone it down to three or just a duo needed?

I would still go for 5+ players to be able to beat it. Craftland needs a big challenge and this boss would add huge challenge, as well as a thing for players to get together for something.

As I may as said before, I like the idea of getting together to do something is neat, the only concern is not being able to find enough people. Either way, neat ideas anyway! As long as people can be found and such, I like the idea.Agent_R wrote:I would still go for 5+ players to be able to beat it.
