hi, i know i havent been on since like a month, but i need your help, because im getting a problem that i had months ago that includes BSOD. whenever i shut down my pc, it gets stuck (the loading wheel freezes aswell) and if i dont manually shut down my pc, it gets BSOD. Also happens with hibernate, if i leave it too long, it shuts down and when i turn it back on, it says that it had an unexpected shut down and once my desktop loads, it shows "windows has recovered from an error" (or something like that, im trying to translate all because my pc is on spanish) and shows on the description this:

which ones? and i doubt that its something related to drivers, because it started when i pluged my pc via HDMI to a tv (when i shut it down, got stuck and then BSOD)

Try installing a driver for that bus controller first.
This something I found on my search:
9f is likely a driver issue. Antivirus/antispware/security programs can also cause these issues.
Have you added devices lately or updated drivers - be sure to check in Windows Updates to see
if a driver was updated prior to this occurring. This could also be caused by a loose card or cable
and even a weak power supply.
