Post by nexonoid » Mon Dec 23, 2013 1:19 pm

hi, i know i havent been on since like a month, but i need your help, because im getting a problem that i had months ago that includes BSOD. whenever i shut down my pc, it gets stuck (the loading wheel freezes aswell) and if i dont manually shut down my pc, it gets BSOD. Also happens with hibernate, if i leave it too long, it shuts down and when i turn it back on, it says that it had an unexpected shut down and once my desktop loads, it shows "windows has recovered from an error" (or something like that, im trying to translate all because my pc is on spanish) and shows on the description this:

also, this problem started to happen since i plugged my pc via HDMI to a tv, its kind of odd, but thats the reason why now, and before i get this problem, im going to leave the description of my pc with dxdiag: (pastebin because of reasons)

First question and the thing you should always do:
Are drivers up to date?

Something like that happened to me a while ago... Have you tried using neurotoxin?
Have I lied to you?
...
I mean, in this room?

Try installing a driver for that bus controller first.

This something I found on my search:
9f is likely a driver issue. Antivirus/antispware/security programs can also cause these issues.
Have you added devices lately or updated drivers - be sure to check in Windows Updates to see
if a driver was updated prior to this occurring. This could also be caused by a loose card or cable
and even a weak power supply.
