Cant get on server

it says failed to connect to the server connection refused: connect. could the server be down

There are times when staff takes the server down to apply updates and improvements. One thing you may do is visit Craftland.org. In the top right corner of the site, you'll see the server's status. Most of the time, you'll see running. When the server is down, you'll see either offline, or under maintenance.
