Ban Appeal Idea

Due to all the players that get banned and are so eager to get unbanned. They never follow the ban appeal rules, staff and players must always tell the player to follow the correct format. I think there should be a new system where if you go into the Ban/Pardon Appeal forum you have to read the "Appeal RULES: 'Pay or Pray' for a Second Chance" post.

Or, who ever is banned, nidefawl makes it so they have to read the post.

Or when you make a new post, it has boxes and you fill those out

Im sure something like this has been said before, but for most of it, the answer was that that would require changing how phpBB forums works. I think this would apply to this too, but its still a good idea.

Well, i kind of like it not being madatory, its a good way to know who reads the rules, and who ignores them.
