Healing Hot Springs!

*steps in le hot tub* Ahhhh I'm feelin' the healin'

Y'know, this got me thinking, it would be cool of you could build some sort of structure that heats up water and makes a hot tub that heals you and gives you breif status effects. But be made in a way so you can't boil the ocean... Like, make a 1 blocks deep water with glass beneath and fire/lava on the last layer.Maybe with slabs or stairs on the side. Finally when it is all said and done, the water will transform into hot tub water which is all bubbly white and steam coming from it... (don't you dare compare that to something else.)

I know Earthbound has something like it, but it is common that if a hot spring is used in a game, it heals bad status effects and some health overtime.
