I was adventuring again last night on a huge abandoned factory.

We went into a tunnel that was around 150cm tall but water covered from 30 to 50cm of it.
We had to move down the tunnel by holding a pipe on our hands that was bolted to the ceiling and put feets to a pipe bolted to the bottom of the tunnel.
It took many painful and sweaty minutes (around 20) to get to the other part of the tunnel.

Oh. And also. There was no light. Except flashlight I had to hold in my fingers.
It looked like mental hospital hallway from movies. But it hasn't been open for 50 years.

Well we went to the middle of the tunnel just to realise that the tunnel was almost endless.
It was also so goddamn hot there that we decided to get the hell out of there.

As we looked around before leaving, we saw white covered pipes that had somekind of fumes coming out of it.

Well as we went back to the beginning of the tunnel my friend miner_arttu video and photographed the whole thing and it looked as painful as it was.

Today I showed the video to my dad and he saw that the white pipes were ASBESTOS PIPES!!!!

Fuck no.

You should search out old places and record and edit youtube videos of them.

That'd be cool.

I've recorded but it's in Finnish so you wouldn't like it.

For the record, asbestos is one of the most dangerous things to deal with.
You inhale it and you'll die to lung cancer, mesathelioma, in ten to twenty years.
When that shit goes to your lungs it can never leave your body and makes damage to the cells.

I don't know how you didn't know that was asbestos. I mean, what other reason would a white pipe be smoking?

Either way, the likelihood of poisoning was low, especially since the area was rather large and open, and the water likely absorbed most of it.

VepaS, I've always wondered something... Is your picture a family crest?
