Late Patchnotes for 8.763-8.765

Additions
+ Added Wither Skeleton Spawners to the loot table of Supply Crates (and Christmas Crackers).
+ Added St Patricks Wheel and Event area.

Other Stuffs
* Mining world has been reset.
* Pandas now breed using Bamboo instead of Wheat.
* Mobs are no longer greedy when mating (can't accidentally give them 50 wheat during 1 mating session)
* Item Frames within Minigames now break from Indirect damage.
* World Borders no longer expand.
* Changed Pet Rock item tooltip.
* Small performance improvements and bug fixes.

also, there gonna be changes in the border expansion stuff (dv maybe?) or will development in that matter be halted for a indefinite amount of time now?

I believe border expansion won't be added back (or implemented into) any world for now. However, I'm sure if a world, like Deepvale, were to eventually become overpopulated with regions, I'm sure border expansion will be added at some point. Not entirely certain, though :/

Is border expansion there now because I managed to get a region off the edge of the world, in which i can crash the server with enough enderpearls?

Most worlds have a blue border that prevents further travel, as I'm sure you've seen.. However, the Aether is a bit odd in that it doesn't have this. Instead, it just cuts off into a void (And we'd all appreciate it if nobody travelled into this void as it can cause issues server-side).

Also.. Regions can technically go as far as we want them to, as they're just numbers in a file, they don't care if there's a block there or not haha. And no, border expansion was disabled recently. It might not come back for a loooong time.
