What is the issue with caps?

TL;DR = Don't spam caps and we won't have a problem.

I give a few warnings before banning. I don't give more than 3. By that time, you have broken the no caps rule, and have disobeyed staff. After that, you deserve a temp-ban. And, if you come back from that temp-ban and caps-lock some more, well then you deserve an even longer ban.... If the problem persists, you obviously don't want to obey the rules, and want to be banned.

I really like this idea. It would make mutin people so much easier, cause I'd never have to remember to unmute them.
