Moving into new base, fearmountain abandoned.

Hello all,
i have moved out of fearmountain, it was too small and no way of expanding.
i have removed all valuables such as spawners and chests, but the are is still there and is carved out.
im building a new base with some friends and i will not be able to use fearmountain anymore.
all public spawners and such will eventually be added to my new base, along with a player shop and several other facilities.
if i can get some help with this new base, you might get a VIP house in it or something, as i need help building my storage (its going to be huge)
if you wish to use fearmountain for something or you want to buy it (it will be expensive, due to sentimental value) please /msg me
i made an inventory of ALL my items (took 1.5 hours), so you can now help me organize my stuff and i will pay u with ores or give you a house or help you out if you need something. (and you wont be able to steal because i have my inventory list)

just thought i would post this here, instead of answering "hey fear, what happened to your base/wtf fear all your stuff is gone?!?!" questions for the next 2 weeks.

Hey Fear,
2 things.
1) How much would Fearmountain cost exactly? I have around 70,000 coins.
2) I suck at organizing, but desperately need help in making a huge mansion. Is there another way to earn your trust/help or something like that?

sorry killgun, im not selling it until my new base is done.
just ask 4 help ingame, i will most of the time (unless its just extremely boring or something that im not good at)
