I think Nide and the admins already know what they are doing without getting any guides.

and they never know if that player who is chosen, just stops playing right after he/she gets the rank.

The fact that the staff knows who to elect doesn't mean I don't have to set a reminder. Not only that, but please /warp hallofshame. That should give you a pretty good idea that they need these guides. Sometimes people don't learn from there mistakes.

Don't worry about it Jovaniph... It has only happened a million times (maybe a bit less actually) during my time here on Craftland.
