New Jukebox Option

I suggest a new option for Jukeboxes. Either from the Region Settings, or from some Jukebox Setting, there should be an option for Jukebox to fill entire regions.

And it's as simple as that! Thanks for reading!

Would be a cool feature, definetely for shops. It could either be a region option free to enable by owners or an option enabled by admins.

Also have region priorities integrated.
