How wonder how wonder, looks like craftland gets it together again. Now that there is after a long period finally a strong team together again i am curious how you take this server to a higher level. Please give it a structure, work together and lift it up. I have trust in all of you and if you need advice you may poke elderly people for their opinion

Gather your ideas, expectations set some goals and roll. The rocking will follow you from your player base. You got finally some good people craftland, so get your s... done!
Please dont fall back in that ruler or stability mode, let this only be done by one. The rest please explore, try and error and advance, these are my expectations for the next months.
Do not to get stuck, set yourself deadlines and set enough manpower on your projects. If you dont take it craftland will not get such a chance for a long time. Not so many experienced and dedicated players (now more supporters, pls keep that in mind) could be found in at least one or two years. Remember how long it tooks to get such a team together, it is about two years to match such a powerfull constellation. At least i got one wish please include a woman into your team in the future, cause of only pernuses on craftland dont make it attractive for Long
Some really amazing builds in the spawn world had been done by woman remember this, like for example the Portals by Mizsi, gardening, envirionment plus fishing areas by Sleepyx7, bridge by glorianna, etc. You will need the knowledge and way of thinking they got and if you are scared of them then now ist you choice. Give one a hand in the future! So much man should be able to come along with one woman don´t you? Women mostly got more breath to stand things out and put energy into it they will whoop your lazy butts if you don´t come along the only thing is you have to behave and listen, thats all they want.
