Invisible Display Cases

I was today informed by Mooshroom that admins are able to do something in creative to turn display cases invisible. I then remembered that invisible blocks are distributed by admins for 5000 coins. Then, it came to my attention that this would be an amazing tool for building, and I believe admins should be able to do this for players for 5000 coins each.

It's not invisible, it's just missing sides.

There has to be blocks on both sides

I don't think people would be lining up to pay for that, really

A simple solution, reduce the price.
Or just make it free and obtainable for addicts only.
And I think it would be best for a display inside a wall.

You should just be able to craft different types. At the DC, there are hooks with victory medals on. That's cool. Also, at Cliff Shop there are ones with no sides and it is just an item.
