Advertiseing Bad or good?

Hello I was just wondering if I asked somebody or posted on a different forum post about letting everyone know to check out one of my Suggestions is it bad because I was told by a normal player it was and wanted to make sure! In game I've seen many players advertise that they got a post on forum to check out and it seemed fine like nobody would say anything to them about it. So is it Bad or Okay?

As long as it is ingame a doesn't get spammed it will be oke. For forums you will have to stick to the topic, but for advertising it is best to put a link in the signature so it is on every post you post.
But if it is about suggestions, those posts are just only to suggest something to be added, it doesn't matter how many comments it got, as long as nidefawl thinks it is worthy it will be added.

Thanks Handyman I was told this on the main forum 4.7 news that it was a bad thing to post about advertising ur suggestion, Sorry I couldn't reply earlier I just woke up haha!

Ahh now that you say it, that shouldn't be a problem it is just redirecting, I wouldn't call that a advertising.
Some people like to say thing as if they are staff, its really annoying
