So I have had this crappy Nvidia GeForce 8600 that has problems working ever since I have had it. I've tried updating, installing, everything for drivers. I even got a new harddrive completely when my old one crashed, and it still has problems.
It's probably a hardware issue, so I'm going to be looking for a new graphics card on ebay. (I[my parents] know how to run this ebay stuff pretty well, so I'm not missing quality by shopping there.) I thought my graphics card would be like 130$ or something, but they have it on ebay for 30$ lol.
Any suggestion on which graphics card I should get? (preferably $75 and under, you can check ebay for those if you want, or give a suggestion and I can look myself.)

I find looking at http://graphics-cards.findthebest.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; if fairly good for graphics cards as it provides benchmarks for a majority of graphics cards.
