Region bug

Hello,

I've encountered a bug where it is possible to place, but not break masks of a mob (wither masks) in someone else's region. I accidentally placed mine but couldn't retrieve it due to the region. SiviiX got it back for me.

Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, some people just abuse the privilege.
