I saw the picture on facebook and thought... oh.. dear god.... I would never, ever want to eat that.

The head was finely smoked, almost like a good whiskey.

I opened the knife on Leatherman and started to slice the face open.
I took the skin off and there was a fine piece of skull.
Took the meat out of the skull and switched to saw.
Started sawing the skull from top, few centimeters down so I could put a chisel inside the gap and then lever it open. Had to use muscles too, the skull is tight but it sliced nicely into 2 pieces when tearing it.
When it was open I saw the brain and I instantly had to open few beers so I could continue with the procedure.
After drinking the beers I took a spoon and smoothly dropped the brains out of the half pig head.
In the meantime I grilled the cheek meat.

I left the brain on the table so everyone could go and see this marvelous piece of pig.

Later then, around 4 hours, we all were so drunk that we could finally start eating the brain.
I took spoons and sliced pieces of it to the spoons.

We ate.

Later our friend took the rest of the brain and put them on a pan and fried them.
