Alright. Final decision. I propose a two week temp. Hear me out. I must conclude that Zarvon needs to be punished for hacking. Whether he actually hacked or not, the evidence is heavily against him. While I want to say that "Zarvon wasn't hacking" I have no other support for that claim besides his word. Knowing that won't stand up in this argument, I wont bother saying it. But, minor Xray hacking= a temp ban, I thought. So, that's a little while onto his "Vacation."
The second rule he broke, imo, was the whole be respectful thing. While he didn't actually know they were griefed at first, he should have just handed them over to Cyn when she asked. After this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ argument ensued, he's banned, and with reason. But, nonetheless, it wasn't just because he happened to have purple aercloud that he bought fairly. I don't think that he should be fully banned for trying to defend his wealth. As for this whole ruining the economy thing? Trivial. I do not believe that he can make a huge difference in the economy of the game with purple aercloud. Can you actually even sell it in the shop? If not, it's just a block. A rare block.

Finally, I to counter the fact that he did break some rules, he's done a lot of good for the server. He's created youtube videos which have attracted players, despite how terrible his FPS was in them. Also, he's been fair, respectful, patient, etc. with other players. Basically, stuff happens. People make mistakes. Cyn, if you're interested in extending the temp on him, feel free, as long as it is reason. (not like, years.) He told me he primarily wants to play craftland to make videos.

Him ruining the economy was not relating to the purple aercloud. When he went around telling how he was going to be banned soon, he gave away plasma clouds, diamonds, spawners by the stack. It's caused problems already, as I mentioned before.

3) This dispute is getting tiring, annoying, and boring. Can we forget this already? Cynthriel and __Blackjack__ must have been AFK for a half an hour arguing about this.
4) If all else fails, ask for Nides opinion. Its really that simple.
