In game name color not changing

I had my name set to yellow for quite awhile, but a few days ago I wanted to change it to orange and when I did my name was still yellow. It even says it was changed and it set the cooldown timer. The next day I tried it on the website and my name color still wouldn't change and now I need to wait another 24h to try change it again.
