If all you are going to play is CS:GO...You're build is nothing but overkill.
Edit: Just messing... Everything seems good.

that graphic card is really overkill. you can just take the gtx 970 that is like 200 dollars less or something like that. the gtx 980ti isnt THAT much better. but if you have the money then sure why not.

Meh cpu cooler. Get the H90 instead - it will give you lower cpu temperatures, because it has a larger surface area. Get a better 980ti. For example the MSI GTX 980ti Gaming 6G, as it's better, red and it only costs 30 usd more than the one you picked. It'll fit better with your computer innards, as your motherboard and RAM are already red in color. The H90 cpu cooler is only 89,99 usd - 30 usd more than the older and worse model you chose.
Those two changed, and better, parts, will make a big difference in computer performance, and 60 usd isn't that much. If you need something to compare the combined prices with, then look up Battlefront 3. You'll see the 60 usd is a lot cheaper, as for what you actually get for it. On the long run, those two parts would be the optimal, and then you wouldn't have to change the parts within the first few months. You may perhaps get annoyed in the future, because you didn't pick the other parts instead.
Don't say "the additional 60 usd is not worth it." - because it is worth it. Buy the two other parts instead, because you will regret if you don't!
Goodbye.
The H90 cpu cooler may not fit. Corsair did not put in enough documentation about their Corsair 500R pc case. If you read somewhere that a 140mm fan won't fit, keep the H60, or get the H80i GT."
