Caught the Flu.

Last night I could not sleep barely everything was so uncomfortable to sleep on and I was throwing up like crazy so i stayed up still, Not too bad right now but if i'm not online much this week then you will know why.

Hope you feel better
for the throwing up part, i find that ginger-ale helps to stop the nausea.

Get better soon Jay, I've found that if you have a sore throat, just gargle salt water. It's weird but works.

Fighter: yeah salt water heals wounds and cleans it, I am laying down right now because I got a headache and my stomach is not good yet.
