TRANSLATION: Dolan is this meme where kids make cheesy comics with really bad grammar.
How to tell if its Dolan:
Has Gooby, Donald Duck, Bugs Bunny, Spider-Man etc. that look really high
Might have "fgt" (faggot) in it
Extremely bad spelling
Cheesy
Example (without the crap spelling it usually has):
Batman: Hey Iron-Man, can I join the Avengers?
Iron-Man: Sure, just get your parents to sign this permission form.
Batman: WHY YOU DO THIS?
