Some of the stuff I read really embarrasses me. Seriously, I think native English speakers (at least in the States) speak English more poorly than those who speak it as a second language.

Some folks still can't grasp contractions, when to use don't vs. doesn't, they're, their, there.

"i" before "e"

Another pet peeve: could of, would of, should of. Grrr... (see contractions)
