^Perfect example. This one of the biggest reason why they are leaving I believe. The constant drama and the constant division between staff get really tiresome. Conflicts arise and people prefer to not resolve the issues and to grow animosity towards each others. Also, nobody never want to take the blame for anything which doesn't help. In the end, people prefer quitting because they think it's not worth it. I cannot really blame them.
