Judging:
Throughout the week, I, and the rest of the Staff, talk with one another about different people, how they have performed,
and discuss their actions that make them fit this role of a Helper, and what they have done to help players along through the week.
This can include all from answering a question to helping with a large scale community project.

Rewards:
So, you want to know what you win, eh? Well, look no further.
Option A:
1 Unobtainable Swet Cape!
Option B:
1 Moa Egg of Choice (Ex. Black) + 1,250 Coins!

Excellent idea.
We need more competitions like this.

Rewarding people for that they help new players is evident, Admins are busy most of the time if there are a lot of players-
That's why we decided to add such rewarding competition.
I decided to use unobtainable items on the rewards, such as Swet Cape and Shield of repulsion, because no-one has got them before, and who wouldn't want to have as rare items as these are.

We will think and add more competitions like these later, when suitable one's are found.

Remember that even you dont want to win it, help everyone.
Play fair.

I gave gravitie armor and moa eggs to newbies. If I do more stuff like that, would it count as helping?
P.S Great idea to incourage help and friendships between players. It might even prevent some greifs

I wouldnt see this as helping, this will just spoil the game and may make other newbies jealous, since you cant give everyone that.
In anyway, DON'T give, if you really want to help, go help searching with them or do dungeons.

Ok. Sounds more resonable too. I hear a lot of people asking to do gold and bronze.

I helped GreenTwist4, Flame_Of_Fury, and other newbies or former newbies by doing dungeons with them, showing them the commands, where to find gravatite, etc.

Would that qualify me as a candidate for this? Or do I need to find other ways of aiding players?

I build a market for all players to buy and sell so all can have a little money and some fun gathering stuff. Thereby helping all players who are asking "how to do this and that" often. Helped newbies but also the other players. Qualify?

I have helped 3 players defeat dunguns, helped 2 people on starting there adventure and i do drop partys for newbies every night [sometimes even twice a night.] One newbie even recomended me for helper of the week. Quailify?

Woops. Missed 2 entire weeks. I've been busy, will get round to it in a day or two.
