Scam PvP arenas are those with keepInventory disabled. People (most notably cca22 and RainbowDash) own these arenas, then advertise them for people to come and fight. People (most often newer players) go to these arenas, and more often than not lose their items to the owner of the PvP arena.

Why is this allowed? These arenas have absolutely no purpose other than stealing items from players, thus giving them the name "Scam PvP' arenas. Since scamming and stealing isn't allowed, shouldn't these arenas also not be allowed?

As stated in the rules for a PVP region, it doesn't matter the purpose of it. As long as the player has CLEAR stated rules in front of the arena, it can stay. (along with a few other things)


(CCA's literally has 100 sings that say YOU WILL LOSE STUFF! before entering.)

There are some players who want to fight in pvp with a risk of losing items so I don't think we will close down every single arena like that.

If the area are conforming to the pvp region rules there should be rules stating who gets the items, so if a player decides to PVP they should know the risk.

Everyone wants to gamble, no one wants to be the looser though.

Well, I will address a few points:

1: Many other players besides New players pvp. In fact, the smallest population of people who pvp are new players.

2: Loosing items is not a scam if the rules are clearly stated. My arena had 24 signs, 4 lines of text each stating you will loose items.

3: Non keep inventory pvp isn't just about items. It's the adrenaline when fighting for a purpose, with the risk of losing it all or taking it all.

4: Don't use the train logic. "In these arena you loose items to players, therefore it is scamming."
That is the same as saying "IPhones are made in China and China is communistic, so Apple brand supports communism." Just don't do it.

5: Just because you do not like it does not mean attempt to get it banned. I don't like large, empty buildings, but I don't try to get them banned because "it wastes items and space on the map."

Thats not only it if iam correct the password for the warppad is agree so you even Agree with the rules if you enter

Alright so that's why scam pvp is allowed, and why pitsteeler and cca will continue to legally steal people's items. No more need to respond to this thread.

You may not like it, but it's not a 'scam'. They are AGREEING to gamble their items and such...

With you being the forum moderator that you are, I request that you lock this thread instead of nitpicking on what I call a certain practice.
