I was logging into my Minecraft and saw this new update on tickets.
I had an empty shopchest, and I was buying white tickets 5000 coins each. People then sold me all their white tickets, which made me a loss off: 5000 coins x 64 a stack x 9 slots = 2.880.000.

I have never complained about updates before. I have lost money on a lot of updates, such as beacons, emerald and a lot of other items.
Now we are talking about almost 3 million coins, witch I have worked very hard to collect through a lot of time on Minecraft.

Now I am really frustrated and dont know what to do.. I really want my money back - and have the tickets thrown away as they have almost no value

On a sidenote, if they give you the money back they have to do the same with everyone who had ticketshops, and i guess the people that invested a lot of money into buying ticket would also want some sort of refund then? Btw not trying to be rude here

The problem is I can't just give you your money back, I would have to take the money back from everyone who sold you tickets and depending on how many different players abused your chest it can be next to impossible to talk to all those players while they are online.

Adam lost lots of money when nether stars were added to bosses, and his money was never refunded

Its pretty devastating to get online and see that 75% of your money is gone in the blink of a eye because of an update

This has happened many times (Elezear, Chellius, SiviiX) and money was never returned. It has happened to me on a smaller scale, even. I was lucky that my shopchest was almost full anyways. Regardless of the matter, I doubt you will get any money back. While I personally thing, since you had no knowledge, that you should be refunded, I doubt you will be.

I'm sorry for your loss of money, but, this has been happening on Craftland for years now.

not to be rude but arbr tryed to give you 700K for your tickets FROM OWN POCKET and you never answered him and just keept on crying. we did our best... now it is your own fault. you could atleast be 700 k richer. but nope

I answered him, moomon. And I told him I wanted to go further with it, on an all- or nothing-cost. If I get some of my money refunded, I would never win this case, but if I dont I might get all of it back.

I really hope I can get it refunded. I have always loved Craftland and donated more times - also recently for a couple of weeks ago. Craftland is also the only minecraft server I have donated to, ever. I just hope some of the staff will take use their time and take a closer look into the problem.

If the situation isn't resolved hastily, I will buy some of the tickets off of you at full cost.

The problem is I can't just introduce that much new money into the economy, for me to solve this I need to take the money out of everyones account and give them the tickets back. I will try and see if nide can give me mysql access so I can find out which users sold how many tickets and when they are online try to recover the money for you but if it was multiple people unless there is a update where I can add more functionality to the money commands for admins its next to impossable to trace back all your money.
