Proof of texture theft? [Resolved - No theft]

A few close friends and I have been putting together our own modded server. We were downloading a mod called Pam`s harvestcraft. As I was looking at the mod, I noticed these crops...

Could somebody please explain why these textures are in craftland? I'm pretty sure you stole them.

Actually, we have pams permission to include any of her textures in craftland (and painterly). Her name, plus others are in the credits section on the launcher(click the craftland.org blue link, or the credits button[Currently being worked on, not fully finished yet]) and has been since I asked her myself.

Please, tell a staff member if you think there may have been an issue, instead of trying to call the coders out and attempting to create a fuss on the forums.
