Rights of Leyawiin:
Emporer(me): Aloud to do anything involving Leyawiin.
Mayor(jacob45): Aloud to pass out rules(laws) and aloud to do anything(must ask Emporer before doing so)
Citezen: Freedom...Can only build a home(See home requirements)
everything else ask emporer.
Architect(fridgeways): Anything building wise.(must tell emporer before doing so)

Royal district(full): 8x8 cobble or stone 4 blocks high!
Common district: 5x5 cobble or stone 4 blocks high!

Citezens: Can wear anything exept gold or diamond armor.
Mayor:all diamond
Emporer: anything he wants
