I dont think it is possible to swap credits for in game money.

I think what he mean is that if you give him ingame coins, he would donate for anyone.
Example: you pay him 1.2 mil coins ingame, he donates €40 to the server.
Though this should be donated for the rank, not credits.
Only I don't know what he meant with that second post...
